驗(yàn)廠勞工要求
1.符合當(dāng)?shù)刈畹湍挲g的聘雇規(guī)範(fàn),禁止雇用童工及被強(qiáng)迫的勞工。 Do comply with local minimum-working-age laws and requirements, and prohibit hiring any child labor or forced labor. 2.尊重員工自由,禁止任何形式的強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)及超時(shí)加班,員工在合理通知的情況下,擁有自由離職的權(quán)利。 Do respect every employees freedom and prohibit any form of forced labor or unwilling overtime assignments. With prior notification required by laws, all employees can voluntarily end the employment with the company. 3.公司不因員工的種族,膚色,年齡,性別,性向,殘疾,國(guó)籍,是否懷孕,宗教,政治背景,工會(huì)會(huì)員、婚姻狀況或其他法律規(guī)範(fàn)等情況,歧視或差別待遇任何員工或應(yīng)徵者。 Do not discriminate employees or job applicants because of race, color, age, gender, sex orientation, disability, nationality, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, marriage condition, or any other personal characteristic protected by laws. 4.禁止任何形式之騷擾或不人道待遇,包括性騷擾、虐待、奴役、體罰、威脅、剝削等身體或精神壓迫或言語(yǔ)辱罵。 Do prohibit any form of harassments and inhumane treatments, including sexual harassment, abuse, slavery, corporal punishment, threatening, exploitation, or any mental or physical coercion. 5.提供合乎當(dāng)?shù)剡m用法令之員工報(bào)酬及待遇,包括最低工資、有薪休假及法律上所規(guī)範(fàn)之福利。 Do follow the applicable laws for employee compensation and benefits, including minimum wage, paid holiday, and any other benefit required by laws. 6.建立符合規(guī)範(fàn)之工時(shí)管理機(jī)制,合理安排員工的工作時(shí)間與休息休假。 Do establish management mechanism for working hours in line with applicable laws and national standards, and reasonably arrange employees working and rest schedule. 7.公司尊重並保護(hù)員工之言論自由、以及依法自由集會(huì)結(jié)社之基本權(quán)益,並設(shè)置員工溝通管道。 Do respect and protect employees’ rights of freedom of speech and freedom of assembly and association. Do establish effective communication channels for employees. 8.公司所有行事均遵照當(dāng)?shù)剡m用之相關(guān)勞動(dòng)法令、客戶規(guī)範(fàn),以及國(guó)際準(zhǔn)則。 Do comply with local labor laws, customers’ related requirements, and international standards.
